What does “All Natural” mean to Immaculée Skin Care?

We here at Immaculée Skin Care feel it is important to give you our definition of “All Natural”, as it is a term that seems to take on many guises when it comes to the skin and body care industry. 

For Immaculée Skin Care, healthiness is first and foremost in mind. Our definition of “All Natural” skin care products is based on using botanically sourced ingredients, without the use of synthetic chemicals (compounds made artificially by chemical reactions). Process of extraction and wholesomeness of each ingredient are also of the utmost importance.

Having said that, preserving our wholesome products in such a way as to maintain the integrity of the ingredients is also very important to us, and has proven to be challenging. After much research, we can proudly say that Geogard® Ultra has become our preservative of choice.

Geogard® Ultra is said to be “derived from natural ingredients” making it man manipulated and not “all natural”.  However, Geogard® Ultra does not have suspected human health risks, is nurturing to us, is as harmless as possible to the earth and is specifically allowed under the NPA (Natural Products Association) standard as well as that of other international natural certification bodies. The addition of Geogard® Ultra to our formulations allows our products to be at minimum 98% all natural.
